This project covers core production stages including feeding, primary crushing, secondary crushing, and screening. This production line adopts a multi-stage crushing and multi-section screening process. It can achieve efficient, stable, and continuous production based on customer raw material characteristics and finished product requirements.
In terms of production flow design, the process begins with the GZD1550 vibrating feeder uniformly and continuously conveying raw materials to ensure stable operation of subsequent crushing equipment. Large-sized stones then enter the C120 jaw crusher for primary crushing, effectively reducing particle size and creating favorable conditions for subsequent secondary and tertiary crushing stages. During the secondary and tertiary crushing phases, the GP300S, HP400, and HP300 cone crushers work in synergy. Utilizing advanced inter-particle crushing principles, they improve crushing efficiency while reducing the flaky and elongated content of the final product, resulting in superior aggregate shape that meets high-standard requirements for construction sand and gravel.
The screening stage is equipped with multiple high-efficiency vibrating screens. The 2YZS2160 and 2YZS2460 vibrating screens handle the grading of different material specifications. Through reasonable screen combinations, precise control over finished particle size is achieved, enabling simultaneous production of various aggregate specifications to meet the diverse needs of different construction projects in the Brazilian market.
