Recently, the mobile screening plant custom-made by our company for the customer has completed all production, inspection, and export procedures, and safely arrived at the designated location in Poland. This equipment will be directly used for high-precision screening operations of local materials such as sand, gravel, and ore. 4. Stable Operation and Adequate Bearing Maintenance: Equipped with a tire clutch, it enables flexible connection, ensuring stability during the equipment's operation. At the same time, an oil lubrication system is adopted to keep the bearings in an optimal lubrication state. It also has a bearing overheating protection function to maintain the bearings' operation at a constant temperature, significantly extending the service life of the main bearings.
5. Flexible Installation and Multi-Scenario Adaptability: The equipment offers an optional steel structure type, making the installation process time-saving and labor-saving, and effectively reducing installation costs. Some configurations can be fixed on trailers, facilitating movement between different sites to meet the needs of multi-site operations. If matched with a water spray system, it can also clean the screened products to improve product cleanliness.
